A plating line is a mechanical system before it is an electrochemical one. If the flight bar drops a panel, the rack arcs, or the conveyor loses registration, no amount of rectifier tuning recovers the yield.
These patents were filed between 2015 and 2018 by our Shenzhen and Huizhou engineering teams, and they map almost exactly onto the parts of the machine that customers end up maintaining: how a panel is clamped and carried, how current reaches a moving rack without arcing, how solution is sprayed and filtered.
Two of them - the plating-solution spray device and the plating-solution filtration device - are the earliest record of the side-spray architecture that our high-aspect-ratio gantry lines now use in production.

Chinese utility models run for ten years from the filing date. The seven patents filed in August 2018 are in force to August 2028, subject to annuity payment. The nine filed between 2015 and 2016 have reached the end of their term and the technology is now in the public domain - we list them because they document how the current design evolved, not as an exclusivity claim.
